It’s a shame to see something like that really.  A great looking house in a good neighborhood.  Price isn’t always what it seems and this homeowner learned that the hard way.  Just like how I learned it by buying some second rate candy at the Dollar Tree.

It still goes back to if it sounds too good to be true. People are warned all the time to check on anyone they hire to do work on their house. You have to know who you are hiring before you plop down any amount of money for the work.

Don't try to cut corners when the safety and structural integrity of your property is in question. Never do that.

Mostly, if you hire cheap roofer, they always used cheap materials to fit the budget which is sometimes can affect the quality of your roof.
