Hi all, I am building a 10 x 15 shed and have a question about the roof.  The rise will be 28 inches over a 10 foot span for a mono roof.  This is less then 1:3 ratio of rise to run which is suggested.  Does anyone have suggestions for what I should use for making the roof? I am thinking of 2x8x 10 foot for the ceiling joists.  Not sure of what size for the rafters to use.  Or should roof trusses be used?  I live in the Toronto, Ontario Canada area.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thank you,
Allan

I think that you have to contact a roofing company where they can manage your work.

Roof trusses would be more ideal as they are typically used for sheds. The shed you are building is on the larger size as well so in my experience, it would be easier than doing ceiling joists.
