Hi guys,

I am new to this whole roofing forum stuff and actually relatively new to the industry as well, so any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!!

I am currently working for a company that is looking to move from hourly to piece rate.  I am looking for advice as to which hiring sites would be the best to use, or just any kind of advice as to where and how to go about looking for piece rate crews.

They do not have to be subs, we will cover them under our liability and workers comp insurance.

-Thanks in advance!

Hmm, well if you are going to approach this online you will need a resume.

I actually recommend checking locally. Find local roofing businesses and contact them direct. Heck, if they have an office, just go in. It shows you have intensive.

Dale Jones,

I am looking for information as to where other companies go to find prospective employees, not looking for a position myself.

Thank you though for your input!
