I am not sure if this is state to state or all over the US but a lot, if not all, home owner's insurance has changed a lot of their fine print and detailing with roofing. I am sure you know about the flood issue.. Most insurance companies don't cover that damage unless stated and often have you pay extra. How has the newer insurance policy changed your work load?

I didn't realize that homeowner policies had changed. I should probably check mine. Anyway, if that's the case, I think people would not be so quick to call a roofer for small leaks.

I haven't noticed anything major myself but I don't get insurance through the company. I get it from a single insurance company.
