Do you use them? I am considered getting one just because my back has not been in the best shape lately. I get home from work and I am just in pain all evening.

Walgreens has some quite cheap if you need a good one NOW. Otherwise I would ask a doctor. Some back braces will make matter worse.

It is always best to check with a medical professional before using anything like this on your own. The last thing you want to do is make the problem worse.

Go to a chiropractor and see what kind you need. You can spend $100 on one and it may not help. You need to know why your back hurts in order to correct it.

I was recently told I need to wear one from now on. I had an accident and a back brace likely would have saved me a lot of pain!
