The roof is 6 years old. On the top floor shower room, water is dripped down from the extractor fan when it rains heavily. The extractor fan is connected to a tile vent on the roof, as shown in the attached picture.

What is the likely cause of the issue? Is it easy to fix? It sounds like access might be an issue, as the roof is around 8 meters high (3 stories) and there is no access from within the house. Not sure if this is too high to use a ladder for a roofer? Considering the roof is only 6 years old, is this likely a quality issue?
